TTBet11 is required to verify the identity of all members before processing their first withdrawal. The KYC process requires a clear copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) to be uploaded. Members may request to close their TTBet11 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled based on the current match results, and any balance eligible for withdrawal will be processed in accordance with TTBet11's standard withdrawal policy.

Withdrawals are processed according to the Member's VIP tier:
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for VIP Gold and Diamond members, subject to full KYC verification. TTBet11 does not charge withdrawal fees for any method.
Withdrawal Conditions: Every deposit must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before a withdrawal can be processed. This is to prevent the platform from being used solely as a fund transfer facility. Deposits that do not meet this requirement will be considered a violation, and the associated balance may be suspended.

TTBet11 welcome bonus of up to RM750 subject to a 5x rollover requirement on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50. The bonus must be used within 30 days from the date it is credited. Bets placed on markets with odds below 1.50 will not count toward fulfilling the rollover requirement.
Daily and weekly cashback for all TTBet11 VIP tiers is credited automatically and subject to a 1x rollover requirement only, meaning the cashback amount must be wagered once before withdrawal. Cashback is calculated based on total net wager (for daily cashback) or net losses (for weekly cashback) within the specified period.
VIP Points accumulated in a Member's account can be redeemed through the TTBet11 Rewards Store. Credits obtained through point redemptions are not subject to any rollover requirements and may be used or withdrawn directly. Points do not expire as long as the Member's account remains active.
All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once acknowledged by the TTBet11 system, except in cases such as an obvious technical error or event cancellation by the organiser. Members are responsible for reviewing their bet details before confirming.
TTBet11 uses recognised sports data providers to determine the outcome of all bets. In the event of a disputed result, the outcome accepted by the official governing body of the relevant event shall be final. If a result is not available within 72 hours of the event's scheduled completion, all related bets will be voided and stakes returned.
In-play betting at TTBet11 is subject to natural delays in live event data delivery. TTBet11 is not liable for any discrepancy between actual event conditions and the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed due to such delays. Bets placed after the actual outcome of an event has occurred but before the system has been updated may be voided by TTBet11.
TTBet11 reserves the right to freeze or void any bets suspected of involving improper activity, fraud, or exploitation of significant odds errors. Members found engaging in such activity will face disciplinary action, including account suspension or termination.
All casino games and slots on TTBet11 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games feature real dealers and physical equipment monitored by independent authorities to ensure game integrity at all times.
All TTBet11 poker tables operate under standard Texas Hold'em and Omaha rules. Any attempt to collude with other players, use unauthorised assistance software, or take actions that compromise the integrity of the game is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of balance.
